These plein air pieces are aqua pencil drawings that I created while visiting different parks in and around Seattle. I began working to slowly fade my pieces out allowing my marks to work with my paper to recreate the beauty before me without recreating each and every detail. I added touches with my brush, activating my marks and making them more fluid. Then I added more marks and color to my pieces, bringing each piece to a point of finish.
